Renovation and restructuring project for a residential building, organized around a central core serving multiple apartment typologies. The intervention aims to optimize circulation, bring generous natural light into living spaces, and offer compact yet comfortable dwellings open to the exterior. A sober, contemporary architectural language highlights the rationality of the plan and the quality of use.
