This 50 m² one-bedroom apartment, located on rue de Rochechouart, has undergone a complete renovation combining performance and comfort. The intervention includes a full thermal upgrade, the overhaul of technical systems, and the requalification of volumes to clarify uses and enhance natural light. The interior design has been entirely reworked with a coherent, restrained, and warm architectural language. Custom-made furniture structures the apartment: integrated storage, niches, seating, and panels that organize the space without cluttering it. Every detail is carefully considered to optimize surfaces, improve everyday living, and give the space a strong identity. A project in which performance, precision, and bespoke design fully bring the apartment back to life.
