Punta Bianca

The project consists of a light architectural refurbishment of a residential building located within an inner courtyard. It includes full façade restoration, external thermal insulation (ETI) applied exclusively to the courtyard-facing façades, refurbishment of existing decorative elements, removal of various obsolete features (pantries, downpipes, courtyard shutters), and the addition of discreet components (metal drip edges, rainwater downpipes on façades) to improve durability and architectural legibility. The project follows a restrained approach to enhancing the existing building, respectful of its use and identity, while delivering a significant thermal improvement on the courtyard side.
