DOMINI is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the public contract for the design and delivery of the exhibition Couleurs de Guerre, a major museum project dedicated to a sensitive, historical, and visual reading of conflicts.
Conceived as an immersive exhibition, Couleurs de Guerre explores warfare through the prism of color: the colors of uniforms, posters, and territories, as well as symbolic and emotional colors. This curatorial approach renews the way conflicts are perceived, offering visitors an experience that is both educational and sensory.
An exhibition conceived as a spatial experience
As scenographers, DOMINI is responsible for the overall design of the visitor journey, from spatial storytelling to the structuring of sequences. The exhibition is conceived as a coherent ensemble of legible, immersive, and hierarchized spaces, where architecture, content, and exhibition devices engage in close dialogue.
Each space is designed to guide visitors, highlight the artworks and documents on display, and create atmospheres tailored to the different narratives, while fully respecting museographic, technical, and conservation requirements.
A group of complementary partners
For this project, DOMINI relies on a consortium bringing together complementary expertise essential to the success of a museum exhibition of this scale:
MadamePolare — Graphic design and exhibition signage
MPI Action — Scenographic construction and fabrication
ETNA — Lighting design for spaces and exhibition devices
This close collaboration makes it possible to approach the exhibition as a whole, from conception to delivery, ensuring strong coherence between scenography, graphic design, lighting, and spatial layout.
A new museum reference for DOMINI
The award of this public contract confirms DOMINI’s positioning as a scenography agency specialized in the design and realization of museum exhibitions.
Couleurs de Guerre fully embodies our approach: precise, narrative, and contemporary scenography, serving both the content and the visitor experience.
